Build strength, improve mobility, or explore boxing, martial arts, and yoga. Your session is tailored to your goals and experience. Beginners are welcome, and equipment is provided.
Session hours
Monday–Friday: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
Saturday–Sunday: 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
All times are Austin / Central time. Sessions last 60 minutes; the last start is 6 p.m. Times are subject to Christopher’s availability and confirmation.
How it works

- Add your details. Enter your contact information and in-home address, building, and unit. Christopher will verify Lamar Union residency.
- Complete your first-session waiver. Use the link below before your first session.
- Try a complimentary 60-minute introduction session. If you choose to continue, future sessions are $90 each—40% off the regular $150 rate.

What does the resident offer include?
One complimentary 60-minute introduction session per Lamar Union resident. After that, sessions are $90 each—40% off the regular $150 rate. Residency confirmation, a completed first-session waiver, and a confirmed appointment are required.
Is the 40% discount only for one session?
No. $90 is your permanent resident rate for every session after your complimentary introduction.
Do I need a promo code?
No code is needed for your complimentary introduction. Book using the button and provide your Lamar Union address.
Can I choose a time and pay online?
Yes—choose an available time for your complimentary introduction using the booking button. No payment is required. Future $90 resident sessions and payment arrangements are handled separately with Christopher.
