After receiving your contact information, Christopher will send you a text message to arrange a convenient time for your free virtual consultation. During this session, you'll discuss:

  • Any past injuries or medical considerations
  • Your exercise history and preferences

This consultation ensures that your training plan is personalized and effective right from the start.

Step 3: Enjoy Your First Session at 50% Off

Following the virtual consultation, your first training session with Christopher is offered at a special rate of 50% off. This session allows you to experience Christopher's training style and expertise firsthand.

Pricing and Session Details

After the introductory session, Christopher's rate is $120 per hour. No binding contracts are required, but monthly plans are available for those interested in ongoing support.

Convenience and Flexibility

Christopher comes to you, bringing all necessary equipment for your sessions. If you prefer a different location, we offer various training locations to suit your needs.

    Is There A Contract Or Membership?

    No. Typically we just pay per session. Monthly membership can be negotiated.
     

    How Far Will You Travel?

    20 minutes outside of Zilker park. Prices are subject to change if further out.
     

    Why Do I Need A Personal Trainer?

    Personal trainers are for anyone that is passionate or looking to become passionate about exercise.

    Accountability - you will exercise when you see the trainer. You will have someone to check and hold you too expectations.

    Education - you might not know what is the proper technique or program to implement. Having a professional critique and coach your exercise can lead to injury prevention and more effective results. 

    Inspiration - You may already know how to properly exercise but you need someone to inspire you.

    Exploration - You might also just want to discover new skills and switch up from old routines.

    Christopher-Ali Darvish is extremely educated and extremely passionate about giving you the best service. At Anywhere fitness we care about our clients physical health but their mental health as well. We want our clients to be their happiest best selves possible. Christopher-Ali Darvish offers a wide variety or perspective giving you the experience of multiple professions in one session. Each session will be tailored to not only your goals but how you feel on the daily basis. 

     

    Too sore from the previous weight lifting session to lift on the next session? We can do mobility & yoga to help the stiffness. Having a stressful situation come up? We can switch training to martial arts for better stress relief. An old injury flared up? We can do corrective exercise and muscle releases. 

     

    Do You Have A Location For Training? 

    Yes. There are three spaces we use for personal training. However, the availability is limited. 

    How Much Space In My Home Do I Need For Training? 

    8 feet by 8 feet and a door frame to attach bands is the minimum space we would need for our sessions. 

    Do I Need Any Equipment?

    No, we bring everything you need!
     

    Do I Have To Be In Shape? 

    No! A common mistake individuals make is thinking they need to get in shape first before getting the most out of a coach. 
    Having a coach immediately guarantees you. Accountability, safety, and effectiveness. Building a fundamental base that in most cases will be needed in some capacity of fitness.

    Do You Offer Group Training?  

    Yes. Seminars, workshops, lectures, boot camps, martial art/self defense classes, yoga, mindfulness, team sports performance available for corporate or private scheduling. Price subject to change depending on speciality & type of event. Get in contact here: Contact Us

    Do You Train All Age Groups? 

    Yes. 6 years old and up. The oldest client to date has been 89! 

    Do You Train Special Needs?

    Yes. Price subject to change if specific equipment or attention is needed. 

    If I Have Medical Condition Or Injury Can I Still Hire A Coach? 

    Exercise is medicine. In most cases we can get a doctors note prescribing what exercises we should do vs avoid. 
    If injury or operation has occurred longer than 12 weeks ago. In most cases Personal training is recommended. 
    Regardless we can train other parts of the body not effected by injury or conditions and train other elements of overall health like mobility & flexibility, meditation, circulation training. 

    Do You Give Nutritional Advice?

    No. However clients are given our free nutrition info document. It explains the macro to micro process of nutrients & burning calories but does not give you specific nutritional steps to follow. With this document you should be able to use the info and implement what works best for you. 

    If I Wanted To Purchase Equipment For Our Training. What Would Be Ideal? 

    Clients that want to invest in their health & anywhere fitness experience may want to build a home gym.

    This would be an example of a solid home gym on a budget. We could discuss helping build a much more luxurious set up. With more pieces specific to your style and goals. 
    Building your own set up then learning how to properly use it on your own time is a great way to both GET in shape but also STAY in shape.
